EMInt Energetic Reward Program
The Product EMInt offers different products through its website for its network marketing business conducted in e-commerce mode. The Agreement This Agreement is a legal and binding agreement between you – the Customer, and EMInt – Energetic Marketing International. By Signing Up after fulfilling details in the dedicated Form of EMInt website for EMInt Product Purchase and EMInt Energetic Reward Program, and clicking on Yes button at the bottom of Sign Up page, the Customer agrees to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
By filling out the Signup Form customer acknowledge that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of the EMInt websites including The Agreement, and that he/she agrees with them.
EMInt Reward Program
Generally, the Term of The Agreement starts the moment the Customer Sign Up for the product and click Yes button on the Sign Up page for the terms and conditions acceptance. Alternately the dispatch/receiving of the Welcome Letter to/in the registered email address can also be considered start date of the Term. EMInt can terminate the Agreement at any time it deemed appropriate, with or without informing the Customer, as the case may be. EMInt reserves the right to change any of these Terms & Conditions for any reason deemed fit and at its discretion. Participation of the Customer in EMInt Rewards program is an implied consent of continuation of the Term.

EMInt CUSTOMER Responsibilities
The Product EMInt offers different products through its website for its network marketing business conducted in e-commerce mode. EMInt Reward Program
- EMInt Rewards Program is offered to all individuals who duly Sign Up for EMInt by filling out the Required Form at EMInt website(s).
- EMInt offers the Customer an unconditional Rewards for the first two Direct Referrals whom the Customer is able to Sign Up through a Product Purchase by EMInt Sign Up procedure under his/her EMInt Business Account directly in his Referral Tree.
- After the first Reward is set at EMInt own terms and condition and discretion and is subject to change without any notice.
- After the first Reward disbursement through the defined procedure of EMInt e.g. through Rewards Statement, or collection at EMInt Support Center or Bank Transfer etc., EMInt can, in its sole authority and discretion, offer the Customer an absolutely unconditional Reward for continuing to work on the referral based sales efforts of the EMInt Products through the Referral Tree of the Customer maintained at EMInt website(s) or any other mean, as the case may be. Customer will have no claim whatsoever for such efforts and it will remain a sole decision and authority of EMInt to decide such Reward amount, whether fix or flexible, its denomination, distributions mode and payment.
- EMInt may offer other products, services and sources of earning for its customers, whether online or otherwise, as per the Company Policy from time to time. The Rewards for such sources of earning may be decided by EMInt at its sole discretion.

Company Policy
- Upon signing up for Energetic Reward Program of EMInt, all customers agree to comply with EMInt Terms and Conditions.
- EMInt policy is focused to ensure EMInt customers after joining EMInt Rewards Program conform to the requirements of EMInt applicable legislation.
- EMInt policy allows Customers to work independently but at the same time expects that the Customers give due regards to the rights of other customers, follow ethical business practices and the general laws and rules of the law of the land where they operate/reside.
- The terms of the Agreement, and the other terms and conditions may be modified by EMInt at any time. If any modification to any of such terms and conditions is unacceptable to the Customer, he/she can terminate his/her EMInt account and no other remedy will be available or claimed. The continuing participation in the Energetic Reward program will constitute the Customer implied acceptance of any change.
EMInt and CUSTOMER Relationship
- To signup, Customer of EMInt must be at the legal age in the state or country of his/her registration.
- The Sign Up customer MUST provide an identifiable and traceable Identification Number (e.g. Passport or National ID card, Social Security Card) which is acceptable as a legal evidence in the country of its origin or internationally, as the case may be.
- Without the availability of the required document as mentioned in point 2 above Rewards program benefits and their distribution may be affected or stopped completely.
- EMInt reserves the right to accept and/or reject Customer referred person/account without providing any reasons or explanations on such rejection. EMInt will not entertain any appeal on rejected cases.
- EMInt expects all its Customers to follow ethical business practices and reserves the right to withhold the Rewards of any customer/account about whom the EMInt management concludes to be engaged in unethical business practices.
- EMInt Customer must fill out the Personal Profile including specific nomination of Legal Heirs/Next of the Kin, who can enjoy the Rewards of the Customer account as per Company Policy in case of severe disability or death of the Customer.
- EMInt Customer is not an employee, agent, representative, or franchisee of EMInt, and agrees not to incur any obligation, debt and expense on behalf of, or in the name of EMInt and its websites. He/she is only authorized to purchase products from EMInt and/or refer new Customers to EMInt in accordance with the Company Policy Terms & Conditions stipulated herein, and amended from time to time.
- All Customers of EMInt are eligible to benefit from Rewards in accordance with the Energetic Reward Program, subject to criteria set in by EMInt.
- Payment of all taxes, duties and/or tariffs applicable will be the responsibility of the Customers or a Franchisee, as the case may be, in their respective countries as per laws of the land.
- There is currently no annual customer/ member fee and Customer administration fee. These fees, however, may be applied in the future at EMInt’s sole discretion.
EMInt CUSTOMER Responsibilities
- EMInt expects its customers to market products and the Energetic Reward Program ethically, professionally, honestly and fully to all EMInt’s potential customers.
- Customer understands that although customer may refer other customers into the EMInt’s Energetic Reward Program, the Program does not guarantee any profit whatsoever.
- Rewards are paid as per company policy at EMInt sole discretion.
- EMInt prohibits demonstration of unrealistic income figures and false statements to create temptation to recruit new customers.
- There are no limitations on territories or franchises to the Energetic Reward Program and no restriction as to the location of EMInt Customers who are free to approach and may refer as many new customers as they like or can.
- The Customers are personally responsible for their own activity, decision and role for working in EMInt Rewards Program.
- The Customers must satisfy all laws and regulations applicable in their respective countries.
Privacy Policy
This privacy statement describes how EMInt collects and uses the personal information of the Customers provided through using the Sign Up form on EMInt web site: www.eminternational.net (or any other EMInt website)
It also describes the choices available to the Customer regarding use of his/her personal information and how the Customer can access and update this information.
