A. You can avail the Rewards only in shape of Points credited to your online EMInt Office account. On your specific written request Company can transfer funds in the currency of your country at then prevailing conversion value as defined by the Company in the specific banks that it may announced from time to time provided customer has account in that same bank.
Q. What are Delivery Charges?
A. These are the charges calculated for the delivery of the products safely at the delivery point that customer mentioned while choosing the product. These are not calculated for Rewards Program.

A. Company can announce different Promotions scheme as extra incentives for its customers from time to time at its sole discretion. Usually these Promotions are time and target bound. Promotions can only be availed in the manner specified by the Company and cannot be compensated or claimed otherwise.
Q. What is the remedy available in case of Products complaint?
A. In case a genuine complaint is received, and testified by the leader/introducer of the customer, about a Product within 3 working days of delivery, the Company can remove the defect and deliver back the Product to the customer. Maximum remedy is the replacement of the Product at the sole discretion of the Company.

A. No. EMInt customer can work globally through EMInt website. There is no restriction on joining from any geographical except as those specified by EMInt from time to time.
